Investor Gresham House backs growing seafood restaurant group Rockfish

Investment firm Gresham House has backed seafood restaurant group Rockfish as it looks to roll out new locations in the South.

Rockfish is due to open three new sites in 2019, starting with a venue in Exeter Quays this March.

The company, founded by chef and restaurateur Mitch Tonks, already operates five coastal sites across the South West along with the Seahorse restaurant in Dartmouth.

With the help of Gresham House, Rockfish is aiming to grow its portfolio to 16 units over the next four years.
