New housing scheme approved in Altrincham

Prestbury Holdings Limited, a joint venture company formed between Pavilion Property Holdings and Landmark Living, has secured planning permission for a new residential development on Hartington Road, Altrincham

The site, named Laurel Banks, is Prestbury Holdings’ first project.

Laurel Banks sits within walking distance of Altrincham town centre and comprises of five modern terraced townhouses. The townhouses will offer a choice of layout with accommodation spread over two or three floors. The development also includes one detached dwelling that will contain three large bedrooms and generous open plan living space, all situated over three floors.

Prestbury Holdings has appointed Altrincham based Calderpeel Architects, who have worked very closely with the developers to secure planning permission.

Commenting on the development, managing director of Pavilion Property Holdings, Masoud Gaffarian, said: “We were very pleased to achieve planning permission for this new site in Altrincham as a joint venture with one of our well respected clients; Landmark Living. We are all very much looking forward to start work on site in early 2019.”

Pavilion Property Holdings and Landmark Living are also currently working on a scheme on Church Walk in Altrincham called The Pavilion. The Pavilion consist of five unique homes and the restoration of the old Pavilion, to turn it into a beautiful two bed bungalow.
