Humber Enterprise Park achieves full occupancy with 150,000 sq ft deal
Humber Enterprise Park in the heart of the East Riding has achieved full occupancy after negotiating a six-year agreement with manufacturer Wren Kitchens.
The tenant, whose name was undisclosed when Bdaily first reported on the deal, is using its new premises on the Brough-based business park as a storage facility.
The 150,000 sq ft warehouse was the site’s last available industrial space, which totals 500,000 sq ft across 79 acres.
Other businesses based at Humber Enterprise Park include BAE Systems, Eco Engineering Installations Ltd, Purex Fume Extraction Systems and Crafty Little Brewery.
James Appleton-Metcalfe, managing director at park owner Citivale, said: “It’s a pleasure to welcome our new tenant to the park as our final industrial occupant.
“As a local business and the UK’s number one kitchen retailer, they’re a fantastic addition to the tenants currently occupying our warehouse space.”
He continued: “Though our industrial space is now at full occupancy, we’re still looking to fill our offices with a wide range of businesses, from start-ups to those who are fully established within the industry.”
