Birmingham's Vantastic Treble

The family-owned Volkswagen Van Centre on St Stephens Street in Birmingham is celebrating a Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Accreditation treble in three very different areas of the business.

Head of Business at the VW Van Centre, Bruce Henderson, explained, “Achieving full Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Accreditation in no mean feat; it takes a lot of extra work, in your own time, so plenty of commitment and determination is needed. I’m delighted that Rekha Morjaria, a Service Advisor; Jayne Ward, a Sales Executive and Katie Walker our Local Business Development Manager, have all passed their final exams and become fully Accredited”.

“Our aim is to have a fully Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Accredited team and we have the backing to do that from our directors at Swansway Motor Group; being family-owned they really engage with us and what we’re trying to achieve. These latest are accreditations from totally different areas of the business, so it definitely feels like we’re getting there”, added Bruce.

Jayne has been at the Birmingham van centre since October 2015, with Rekha and Katie both joining the business in August 2016. Jayne added, “Achieving brand accreditation is hard work, but worth it! I’m delighted to be hold up my certificate of accreditation at last”!

Swansway Director, David Smyth commented, “We encourage everyone in Swansway to be the best they can be; for me, the best part of my job is seeing people grow and achieve, and this treble accreditation shows that people, across all areas of the business, are doing just that. Congratulations to all three”.
