The Health Insurance Group retains IIC Gold award for third consecutive year
The Health Insurance Group has retained its Investor in Customers (IIC) Gold status for the third year in a row.
The independent assessment organisation gathered feedback from customers, employees and management, and The Health Insurance Group once again proved its exceptional service levels by achieving the Gold standard.
By asking customers about their experiences of dealing with The Heath Insurance Group, from the quality of its products to quality of relationships, it was evident that the company’s efforts to meet customer needs has paid off.
Brett Hill, managing director for The Health Insurance Group comments: “We are thrilled to have been awarded Gold status by IIC for the third year in a row. We continue to work tirelessly to ensure that our proposition is fit for customers, employees and managers. From creating a new Head of Proposition Development role, to ensure we’re at the forefront of the latest products and services, to winning awards for our expertise demonstrated as an intermediary – we are always looking for ways to improve our offering. IIC is at the core of our business proposition, so we are delighted to have been recognised with the highest rating once again.”
Sandy Bryson, Director, Investor in Customers: “Retaining the Gold award highlights how seriously The Health Insurance Group takes all of its stakeholders. Proving how they are adapting each year to meet customer needs showcases their dedication to providing an excellent service. We congratulate The Health Insurance Group on another successful result.”
