Formica Group partner with greenbean by NRG as the business looks to continued growth

As a result of continued investment and long term strategy, Formica Group has selected greenbean by NRG as their exclusive partner for head office and commercial recruitment in the UK.

Formica Group is the only UK manufacturer of branded, designed surfacing solutions for commercial and residential customers. As the world’s largest manufacturer of High Pressure Laminate (HPL), their international network of design, manufacturing, distribution and sales operations maintains the recognition of Formica Group as a global brand.

Synonymous with laminate production, the Group’s product lines have many surfacing applications, from exterior building cladding to kitchen worktops and washroom panelling.

Formica Group currently employs in excess of 400 people at their iconic European Headquarters in North Shields, and a further 80 at its Newton Aycliffe manufacturing site. Having been a major employer in the North East’s manufacturing sector for more than 70 years, recent transformation and significant investment in both its people and its assets has lead Formica Group to further strengthen their workforce, with new roles across the business including; business development, IT, customer service, engineering and quality.
