07 February 2019, London: International campaigner and entrepreneur Natasha Mudhar has been appointed Global Chief Executive of Worrld We Want (WWW), an ambitious new global impact enterprise aimed at revolutionising social impact advocacy, through cross-sector collaboration.
A passionate and award-winning enabler of social change, Natasha will spearhead the strategic direction of Worrld We Want, which has been established with the mission of unlocking the collective impact of people, ideas, networks and technologies to accelerate the pace of progress towards achieving the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals, adopted in 2015 by 193 world leaders. Ventures include identifying and enabling the change makers of the future through events, indexes, mentorship and incubation initiatives, empowering the world’s citizens through supporting open data policies, harnessing the power of celebrity and pop culture to entertain and inspire audiences and supporting critical impact projects through an ethical investment fund.
Some of the breakthrough campaigns spearheaded by Natasha have included popularising the launch of the Sustainable Development Goals to India’s 1.27bn audience, partnering with philanthropist Natalia Vodianova to the UN agencies UN Women and UNFPA to tackle the taboos around women’s health and sexual reproductive rights, working with the World Food Programme on their end hunger campaigns to supporting UNESCO with the launch of the 2019 Global Education Monitoring Report across 50+ countries.
One of Britain’s leading young businesswomen, Natasha was named in the 2018 Management Today 35 under 35 list and is a well-known spokesperson for female entrepreneurship and workplace inclusivity.
