Office provider Citibase launches new 12,000 sq ft workhub in Leeds
Serviced offices firm Citibase is opening a second work hub in the centre of Leeds.
The site has the potential to offer more than 12,000 sq ft of flexible workspace, with room for as many as 216 SMEs, startups and entrepreneurs in the city.
It is located at the newly renovated Arena Point building, in Leeds’ vibrant Arena Quarter.
Citibase Leeds Arena Point will offer suites ranging from spaces catering for one person to areas for “much larger” operations, the firm said.
It will include superfast broadband connectivity, 24-hour access, on-site bicycle parking, meeting rooms and a concierge team.
The launch is Citibase’s second in Leeds, following the opening of Citibase Leeds City Square in 2014.
Steve Jude, CEO of Citibase, said: “A recent study conducted by Hampshire Trust Bank and the Centre for Economics Business Research (CEBR) stated that SMEs in Leeds are set to contribute £7bn to the UK economy by 2025.
“Citibase is committed to providing these businesses with one of the best flexible office hubs in the city.”
He added: “Teamed with the booming flexible working revolution, demand continues to soar as businesses both large and small increasingly turn to our low-risk, short-term contracts.”
