The multi-disciplinary consultancy acquired The Stilwell Partnership in November 2015 to add its core expertise in Traffic & Transportation and Highway & Road Safety Engineering to the Patrick Parsons portfolio.
Headed up by Directors Nick Stilwell and David Brooke, The Stilwell Partnership specialises in civil infrastructure planning and design on major and bespoke developments, which includes significant projects at Cheltenham Racecourse, Woodville Relief Road and the Shoreditch Regeneration Scheme.

Nick Stilwell, Founding Partner of The Stilwell Partnership, said: “This is a significant and exciting milestone in the history of The Stilwell Partnership.
“Being a part of Patrick Parsons has unlocked some exciting opportunities for us and the support we have received has further increased our strength and depth in both resource and services. Alongside our core specialisms, we can now offer additional services such as Structural Engineering, Geoenvironmental Engineering, Building Services and Environmental Consultancy.”
In addition to the Guildford office, Patrick Parsons has a further seven UK-based offices and two international offices in Dubai and Sydney.
Peter Stienlet, CEO of Patrick Parsons, commented: “Patrick Parsons has experienced rapid growth in recent years and The Stilwell Partnership has played a key role in this, adding traffic & transport, flood risk assessments and drainage appraisals to our offering: providing huge strength to our overall pre-planning services. This early involvement unlocks the potential to introduce our multi-discipline design capabilities to major schemes.
