Triple digit growth for Cheshire IT firm Highstream Solutions
Cheshire and Deeside-based IT firm Highstream Solutions is celebrating after reaching a triple digit turnover growth and taking its client total to more than 50 businesses less than two years after the business was founded.
Set up by IT specialist Paul Williams, Highstream Solutions has gone from a zero-customer base when it launched in March 2017 to servicing and supporting more than 50 SMEs and high growth businesses across the North West and North Wales.
The firm lists Chester-based Legat Owen, Hawarden’s LCA Group and Winsford-based Tiger Trailers among its growing client roster with Paul’s team is now supporting hundreds of users with IT support services.
“Our turnover and growth are right in line with the ambitious targets we set ourselves when launching the business back in 2017.” said Paul Williams, Managing Director at Highstream Solutions, which was shortlisted for Business Start Up of the Year at last year’s Cheshire Business Awards.
“The results are a testament to the fantastic team we have in place and puts into perspective how much we have achieved over the last two years.
“Our focus in 2019 is clear; to create new relationships without compromising on our need to continue to deliver outstanding technology support and solutions to businesses in the North West and North Wales. We want to continue nurturing the outstanding relationships we’ve built with our clients and genuinely thank them for putting their faith and trust in us, as we wouldn’t have achieved this without them.
“We are excited about the future and growing the number of people we have in our business. We’re keen to offer experienced IT professionals a career working with cutting edge technology and a clear path to grow with us in a young, ambitious business.”
Highstream Solutions is looking to make a number of appointments in 2019, with a specific focus on hiring IT professionals based in the North West or North Wales area.
Mark Roberts, a member of the Highstream Solutions Board, added: “During the last two years we have worked with a large number of clients on a range of exciting projects, from establishing new sites from scratch to upgrading existing systems to new cloud-based solutions.
“What’s been most rewarding is seeing the benefits we’re driving for our clients. Improving their technology operations has resulted in more efficient and robust IT systems and, if they experience any day-to-day issues, they know we have them covered. Those long-standing, trusted relationships are something we’re incredibly proud of and look forward to establishing more of in the coming year.
