Law firm to create over 30 jobs in Leeds after completing extensive office refurb
Law firm Bevan Brittan has completed a project to refurbish and expand its office in Leeds.
Having doubled the floorspace at its city centre premises, the company is now looking to create around 32 jobs over the next three to five years.
The refurb project introduced new agile and flexible working facilities and a client meeting suite at its base in Toronto Square.
Bristol-headquartered Bevan Brittan established its Leeds team in September 2015. Today, the office is home to 10 partners, following the appointment of commercial litigation specialist Judith Hopper from DLA Piper in October.
The firm’s clients in the region include Yorkshire Housing, Sheffield City Council, Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, Hornbeam Park and A Shade Greener.
Michael Boyd, head of Bevan Brittan’s Leeds office, said: “We’re delighted that our offices have been successfully expanded and redesigned.
“It has created a contemporary and flexible working environment that gives us the space we need as we look to recruit further new members to the team.”
He added: “This expansion underlines our commitment to the strong and vibrant business community in Leeds, which we are very pleased to be a part of.”
