Leeds-based digital marketing agency named in national Top 100 Employers

Leeds based digital marketing agency, Search Laboratory, is celebrating after being named in the Top 100 Employers list for the seventh consecutive year. The company, which boasts over 150 staff across Leeds, London and New York, was placed 58 in the list built by ‘Best Companies’ and national newspaper, ‘The Sunday Times’.

The list which also includes global companies like; Ella’s Kitchen and Naked Wines is judged on categories such as; robust leadership, opportunities for growth and development, good pay and benefits and a company who gives something back to the world around it. Search Laboratory is the only digital marketing agency to be placed on the list and is one of four Yorkshire-based companies to have been shortlisted in the top 100.

Search Laboratory - which provides services to household names such as; Ann Summers, Moonpig and Nokia - also offers a number of benefits for employees to help promote good mental and physical health including: free gym membership, free food if you walk or cycle to work, free access to a SimplyHealth cash plan, mental health first aid and free counselling sessions.

To celebrate the announcement, Search Laboratory will be giving out over 100 cupcakes to businesses across Leeds on Friday who Tweet them using #SL100.
