CIPHR is proud to be one of South East’s Best Companies
Buckinghamshire-based provider of HR software makes region’s ’top 75’ list on first attempt
HR software provider CIPHR is proud to be named among the South East’s top employers, scooping a place on the region’s top 75 list of Best Companies for 2019.
The ranking is even more special to CIPHR because it’s the first time the company has participated in the nationwide Best Companies programme.
“Everyone here at CIPHR is absolutely delighted that we’ve been named one of the South East’s top 75 Best Companies to work for,” commented Claire Williams, director of people and services at CIPHR. “Our strapline is that we’re ‘all about people’, and that’s absolutely true – without our brilliant people, we simply wouldn’t be able to deliver outstanding levels of service to our hundreds of thousands of users.”
Williams added: “What makes this recognition extra special is the fact that it’s based on genuine employee feedback related to all aspects of our organisation – from the effectiveness of our senior leaders and supportiveness of our managers, through to the career development and progression opportunities we offer.”
Founded in 1982, CIPHR is a Marlow stalwart, with many employees living close to the popular and picturesque Thames-side town. It has grown in size rapidly during the past three years, with staff numbers doubling to nearly 140 following investment from private-equity firm LDC in mid-2016.
The company now provides integrated HR, recruitment and learning solutions to more than 420 customers of all types and sizes, including household names such as The White Company, ZPG and the Natural History Museum.
CIPHR has ambitious growth plans for 2019 and beyond, and recently welcomed a new CEO, Andrew Carwardine, to lead the company’s continued expansion.
Williams said: “CIPHR offers a fast-paced, challenging working environment. We are always on the lookout for talented people to join our team, and are continuing to expand our grow our workforce with creative professionals who can add value and originality to our teams”
