Prestigious Whitby housing development to launch next month
Property specialist Caedmon Homes has chosen Whitby estate agency Hendersons to market the new Spa Well Court development ahead of its official launch next month.
The new development, situated close to the centre of the historic seaside town, is made up of 10 apartments and 10 townhouses.
Construction is currently underway, and after the launch next month the properties are scheduled to be ready for occupation in September
With Whitby becoming an increasingly popular destination for holidays and second homes, Caedmon Homes, the residential arm of North Yorkshire property company Norstar, chose local estate agents Hendersons for their local knowledge and understanding of the Whitby housing market.
Paul Brown, director of Norstar, commented: “We are delighted to be working with such a respected local estate agent as Nick Henderson of Hendersons.
“The company has an excellent reputation in the Whitby area and beyond and we have every confidence they will market Spa Well Court effectively and successfully as with other developments they have been involved in.”
