£2m of new contracts in three months for new cleaning service division

Facilities management firm B38 Group has announced £2m of new contract wins for its cleaning services arm in its first three months of operation.

Based in Wakefield, B38 Group specialises in technical building and cleaning services for private sector businesses and blue-chip organisations across the country.

Led by directors Sue Cawley and Steve Trott, the new support division was established to improve B38 Group’s existing offering through self-delivery of soft FM and cleaning services, and has created 200 new jobs in its first quarter.

The success of the new division comes as the group completes a successful quarter, winning hard and soft service tenders including several new total facilities management contracts worth over £12m across the contract lifespan.

B38 Group co-founder Richard Phillips explained, “It’s fantastic to see the new division achieve such impressive results in its first three months of operation and testament to our ability to work with clients as an extension of their own internal property teams in order to deliver best in class services.
