Landmark listing of city centre penthouse takes Leeds estate agency to new heights

A LEEDS estate agency has launched to market the highest-valued apartment in the city centre in its history.

The landmark listing of the 10th floor penthouse apartment at Whitehall Waterfront marks another milestone in the resurgence of Leeds riverside living, according to Linley & Simpson.

On the market at £550,000, only one other apartment in the city centre is currently for sale at a higher price.

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment has breathtaking views across Leeds and beyond through south, east and west facing floor-to-ceiling windows.

Leading from a 27-feet open plan living area, it also features a striking, wrap-around panoramic terrace that featured in a book about Leeds when it was first built.
