Cowgills expands into Yorkshire following acquisition of financial services firm

North West financial services firm Cowgills has expanded into Yorkshire following its acquisition of local business Jacobs Financial Services.

Based in Ilkley in West Yorkshire, the former Jacobs office has been refurbished, with the original team, led by financial planning directors Spencer Bennett and Shaun Davison, staying on to join the newly branded Cowgills Wealth firm.

The company specialises in business advisory services including corporate finance, tax, audit, and business recovery and wealth management, focusing on supporting SMEs and entrepreneurs locally and nationally.

Headquartered in Bolton and with offices in Manchester, Cowgills has experienced a 65 per cent growth in business in the last five years, and is now rebranding all of its North branches as part of its continuing expansion.
