Omani billionaire sets up London HQ for luxury living firm
Multinational real estate company Sobha Realty has announced its entry into the UK with the opening of new London headquarters.
The firm will use its new London HQ & Global Studio in Mayfair to launch and expand operations, with plans to list on the London Stock Exchange and enter the UK property market.
Founded by Omani billionaire PNC Menon, Sobha Realty began in 1976 as a bespoke furniture establishment, and has evolved to specialise in premium property development and luxury living spaces.
With headquarters in Bangalore and Dubai, the company already operates in the Sultanate of Oman, Bahrain, Brunei, India and the United Arab Emirates, the latter being home to its £3bn flagship development Sobha Hartland overlooking the Dubai Canal.

PNC Menon, Founder & Chairman of Sobha Realty, says: “We are pleased to announce the opening of the Sobha Global Studio on London’s famous Park Lane. Mayfair is a premier luxury brand destination so it was our address of choice.
“London is a world city, with last year over 40 million vistors travelling to the capital for business and leisure, so this studio showcases our brand to the world.”
