Tech consultancy secures investment for global growth from Livingbridge
Private equity specialist Livingbridge has acquired a major shareholding in enterprise consultancy firm Vendigital.
The deal was completed using Livingbridge’s Enterprise 2 Fund, and will see the equity firm working closely with Vendigital to boost its international expansion.
Headquartered in London, Vendigital has offices in Asia and the US and specialises in providing blue-chip enterprises with bespoke technology solutions to complex cost and operational problems.
Dominic Jephcott and Roy Williams, co-founders and managing partners at Vendigital, commented: “This is an exciting time for the business. Livingbridge is the ideal investment partner for us with a successful history of supporting organisations with ambitious growth plans.
“We’re looking forward to continuing to build on our position as a leading technology-led consultancy while growing our team and increasing our global footprint.”
This deal is the latest in a range of additions to the Livingbridge portfolio, including recent investments in firms TSA Management and Catalyst Development.
Matt Upton at Livingbridge added: “We are delighted to announce our investment in Vendigital.
“At a time when the C-Suite is under increased pressure to drive down costs, improve efficiencies, and create strategic value across their entire operating model Vendigital stands out with its proven track record and innovative solutions.”
