Completed business park attracts 24,500 sq ft of new lettings
The completion of the final phase of Henley Business Park in Surrey has attracted several businesses with over 24,500 sq ft already let.
Completed at the end of 2018 by developer St. Modwen, the Henley Business Park regeneration project has attracted businesses from a range of sectors, with just three units remaining.
Businesses moving to the new park include Guildford-based events and technology firm The Technical Department, which has taken a 6,300 sq ft unit on a 10 year lease, as well as microwave measurement technology manufacturer Hydronix.
Established as the base of an armaments factory in World War II, the site was acquired by St. Modwen in 2002.
Senior development manager at St. Modwen, David McGougan, commented: “St. Modwen has always had great confidence in this regional market. The business park now has a total of 310,000 sq ft of floor space developed in 25 buildings with all the first three phases fully occupied.
“The Technical Department letting on the back of the Hydronix deal in the final phase caps this and reinforces that Henley Business Park is becoming a real technology hub and is undoubtedly the proven location of choice for businesses in Surrey.”
