Newcastle talent specialist boosts growth plans of global food industry data firm
Erudus has begun the expansion of its Newcastle team after partnering with recruitment company SEAO Talent Partners.
With clients such as Unilever and Heinz, Erudus has begun working with the talent specialists as part of its larger growth strategy.
Jon Shayler, chief operating officer at Erudus, said: “We are delighted to be working with SEAO Talent Partners and have been really impressed with the progress so far.
“Upon appointing SEAO as our talent partner, the team worked with us to identify exactly what our expectations were, in terms of the recruitment process, brand and strategy, ensuring they spent the time getting to know us as an organisation as well as understanding our specific requirements for each role.”
The partnership has already seen the successful recruitment of a new developer to the Erudus team, with plans to grow the team further with additional developer roles.
Sam Wall, founder and recruitment director at SEAO, added: “It’s a real pleasure to have partnered with Erudus, a company which is so well respected in its field, and we are excited to be providing strategic support to help them achieve their exciting growth plans.”
