Yorkshire growth for Newcastle law firm with new regional base
North East law firm Sintons is opening its first Yorkshire office next month as part of its expansion into the region.
Founded in 1896, the firm has been based on a single site near St James’ Park football stadium in Newcastle city centre for over 120 years, working with clients across healthcare, insurance, corporate and commercial sectors.
The opening of Sintons’ first ever Yorkshire office follows the firm’s appointment to the legal panel of patient support service Day One delivered by Leeds Cares in partnership with local NHS trusts.
Situated in York’s Tower House, the Sintons new office will be used as a base to meet clients from across the region and the wider UK, as is undergoing a recruitment drive to keep up with increasing regional demand.
Mark Quigley, managing partner of Sintons, said the move into York is a significant step for the firm: “Tower House will be an important addition to what we offer at Sintons, and we are looking forward to pursuing further growth across Yorkshire on the back of us opening this office.
“We are delighted to become part of the York business community and look forward to getting to know our peers over the course of the coming weeks and months.”
