Dave Burns, Napier
Intelligent compliance specialist Napier has appointed Dave Burns as chief revenue officer.
With over 20 years of experience in technology and financial services industries specialising in sales, consulting and project implementation, Dave has held senior positions at firms such as ServiceSource, SAP and JP Morgan.
Dave joins Napier during a period of ongoing expansion following the company’s rebrand from FortytwoData in January.
Napier CEO Julian Dixon commented: “To be able to find a CRO of Dave’s experience and ability is a real boon for Napier and he is a fantastic addition to our team.

Luke Burdess, Ingenious
Alternative investment management firm Ingenious has appointed Luke Burdess as business development director.
Luke joins the company from Daiwa SB Investments where he was business development manager in the UK, Ireland and the Channel Islands.
Beginning his career in a corporate finance role at Beeson Gregory, Luke has also held senior positions at Newscape Capital Group and FRM.
The announcement follows the board appointments of Jamie Lowe as managing director of institutional distribution and Will Harrison as managing director of media in the last 12 months.

Jon Bradshaw, Elliptic
Cryptocurrency compliance provider Elliptic has appointed Jon Bradshaw as vice president of engineering.
Formerly a member of the government’s technical advisory board, Jon has 20 years of experience building technology companies.
Joining from SmartPipe where he held the position of chief technology officer, Jon previously held senior roles at firms MediaSense and Mediaocean.

Antonio Acuña MBE, Parity
Data and technology focused professional services firm Parity has appointed Antonio Acuña as head of consulting.
With over 15 years of experience in the public sector, focusing on large digital transformation and lean process projects, Antonio joins from DEFRA where he worked on the company’s data strategy and data management framework.
Prior to DEFRA, Antonio headed up digital transformation at data.gov.uk and in his early career led several marketing companies and startups, as well as lecturing for over 20 year in various universities in the UK and abroad.
