TruNarrative signs new collaboration with UK’s leading provider of prepaid gift cards, multi-retailer gift vouchers and digital rewards
TruNarrative has signed a new collaboration with Park Group Plc, the UK’s leading provider of prepaid gift cards, multi-retailer gift vouchers and digital rewards.
TruNarrative will provide a full suite of customer onboarding and verification solutions to AIM-listed Park Group to help support the company’s ongoing efforts to enhance compliance and operational efficiency and drive a lower friction customer experience.
Park Group, which runs Park Christmas Savings and is the company behind the Love2shop multi-retailer voucher in the UK, chose TruNarrative following a competitive pitch process.
The ability to adapt to potential future regulatory changes and the ease of access to a multitude of providers in the TruNarrative app store will help Park Group remain agile in its choice of strategy and data providers.
Through TruNarrative, Park Group can waterfall together multiple Identity and Verification (IDV) providers into a single customer journey, helping to increase customer acquisition rates and reduce the number of manual referrals requiring analysis. Park Group will also make use of the TruNarrative case management system to manage the referrals and investigations.
“The TruNarrative Platform enables Park Group to build bespoke customer journeys and fine tune rules around the data sources in the TruNarrative App Store,” said Ryan Morrison, Director at TruNarrative.
“We’re all absolutely delighted that Park Group has chosen to work with us. The company is genuinely at the forefront of its sector and it’s great to work with such an established household name. The operation and expertise at Park Group is comparable with that of a much larger financial institution, and it now has the technology to its aims for the future.”
Ken O’Shaughnessy, Park Groups’ Head of Prepaid Card Operations, said: “At Park Group, we have some incredibly bold ambitions for growth and much of this is anchored around digital. We’re constantly seeking ways to integrate new and innovative technology and platforms into our roadmap, so we’re pleased to be collaborating with TruNarrative as part of this journey.”
