‘Pro-working’ comes to Shoreditch with new space

Flexible workspace specialist Fora is planning to open its 11th ‘pro-working’ space in the Arnold House development in Shoreditch.

Taking a 40,000 sq ft unit at the recently completed development on Great Eastern Street, Fora will manage the front lobby of the building as well as offering its own high-end workspace comprising around 670 desks, breakout areas and a roof terrace.

Led by former managing director at Deutsche Bank Enrico Sanna and co-founder of The Big Chill Festival Katrina Larkin, Fora specialises in offering a holistic workplace experience aimed at boosting productivity and wellbeing, with a focus on hospitality and health alongside workspace management.

Fora CEO and co-founder, Enrico Sanna, said: “We are really excited to be able to offer our Residents a location in London’s leading tech, creative and start-up quarter.

“Shoreditch is another key location for Fora as we build our comprehensive London network, and has a mature co-working market and a proven, deep pool of demand.”

The space is expected to open at the end of 2019, situated alongside the neighbouring Shoreditch High Street development in New Inn Yard, which is due to open in 2020.

Enrico added: “Arnold House has been redeveloped to the very highest standards in keeping with Fora’s quality and style. We look forward to opening later this year.”
