Baumot UK helps keeps fleet emissions low with lifting support from TotalKare
Baumot UK is tapping into TotalKare expertise to help its customers reduce the emissions of their fleets.
The Northamptonshire-based company, a specialist in exhaust aftertreatment products and engine developments, has invested in a set of cable-free mobile lifts as part of an extensive upgrading exercise at its Silverstone workshop.
This will allow it to improve efficiency and meet growing demand for the retrofit of systems to buses, coaches, taxis and off-road vehicles.
It took advantage of TotalKare’s flexible lease hirel options and two sets of four T8DC mobile column lifts delivered to its workshop just two weeks after the initial enquiry.
The T8DC cable-free mobile column lifts are simple to set up and highly flexible. With a lifting capacity of 7,500kg per column, they can be configured in sets of four, six or eight for use with a multitude of heavy-duty vehicles.
Bert Pierlings, Managing Director of Baumot UK, commented: “We were impressed with the speed and efficiency of the leasing process TotalKare could offer. The whole experience was stress-free due to the expertise of its staff and the efficiency of its leasing partner.
“The quality of product, the competitive price and the speed and ease in dealing with the company were major factors in us making the purchase.”
Adam Bowser, Area Sales Manager for TotalKare, concluded: “We were delighted to support Baumot UK with this upgrade and set the workshop up with new lifts so quickly. The company has taken advantage of the flexible finance solutions we offer, which includes regular maintenance for additional peace of mind.”
TotalKare is the UK’s number one supplier for heavy-duty vehicle lifting solutions and aftersales care, providing mobile column lifts, fixed four and two-post lifts, brake testers, training solutions and a comprehensive suite of ancillary products.
