New apartments will soon launch at London's Landmark Pinnacle

‘The Loft Collection’ at Landmark Pinnacle has launched in London.

It has been re-imagined by London developers Chalegrove Propertied Ltd (CPL) and offers studio and one-bedroom apartments.

Rami Atallah, project coordinator at Chalegrove Properties, said: “The Loft Collection is a premium upgrade to our studio offering, providing sophisticated living spaces for those looking for a prime apartment in London’s ever-growing financial district.

“With the new partitions and layouts we’re ultimately offering a one-bedroom apartment for the price of a studio, which will be hard to find anywhere else in London.”

The Loft Collection is designed by architects Squire & Partners and features neutral palettes with timber floors and floor-to-ceiling windows.

The subtle design elements come together aiming to create a studio with more functional space and views of Canary Wharf.

In total, the development comprises 752 residential properties with over 70 per cent of all available units sold to date.

Landmark Pinnacle is within walking distance of three DLR stations, the Jubilee line at Canary Wharf Underground station, which is set to welcome Crossrail this year.
