Newcastle Property Agency Joins National Partnership
Newcastle City Centre property agency Walton Robinson have been welcomed as the newest members of the National Student Housing Excellence Partnership (NSHEP).
NSHEP, established in 2013, is a select group founded on promoting best practice within student accommodation in the UK. Membership is made up of market-leading agencies operating in major student cities such as Durham, Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool, Nottingham and York.
The partnership works together to share experiences and insights from their respective local markets with the overall aim of benchmarking the highest standards for student accommodation.
Combined, the members house over 15,000 students in a combination of HMO (House of Multiple Occupancy) properties and PBSA (Purpose Built Student Accommodation) developments either as landlords or property managers.
Mark Walton, Managing Director of Walton Robinson, commented; “Walton Robinson are proud to have been invited to join the National Student Housing Excellence Partnership and we look forward to working with our fellow members to continue their positive work within the sector.”
