Award-winning IT Support and Telecoms Specialists Relocate to Ednaston Park Managed Workspace Scheme
Award-winning IT support and telecoms specialists Wytech have moved their head office from Derby city centre to the impressive new Ednaston Park managed workspace scheme situated between Derby and Ashbourne.
Wytech was established in 2004 and provides businesses of all sizes with a complete tailored solution, including fully managed IT solutions and bespoke systems and networks.
The team has decades of expertise in IT and telecoms, including extensive experience working with software providers for the NHS. The company has received numerous awards and accreditations in recent years, including Microsoft Silver Small and Midmarket Cloud Solutions, and are Cyber Essentials certified and Sophos partners.
Wytech’s portfolio of major projects includes the £200,000 contract to supply the IT and infrastructure for Europe’s first £3m state-of-art digital autopsy facility in Sheffield.
Earlier last year Wytech was commissioned to supply state-of-the-art telephony services for the new Ednaston Park business centre. They were so impressed by the services and facilities that they decided to relocate their operation there from Derby city centre.
Ednaston Park comprises of 20,000 ft2 of flexible commercial space in the form of 32 hi-spec office suites. The scheme is managed by property developers CWC Group who purchased the period property in September 2017 and have now relocated their headquarters to Ednaston Park from Brailsford Hall.
Commenting on the arrival of Wytech to Ednaston Park, business centre manager, Lucy Delaney said:
“We’re delighted to welcome Wytech to Ednaston Park. Mark and the team provided us with excellent IT advice during the renovations and we’re thrilled that they decided to take an office with us.
“Wytech is one of a number of Derby-based businesses that have decided to make the move out of the city centre into a more rural setting. Any other city-based businesses that are looking to change their working environment are welcome to come along for a tour of our magnificent facilities.”
Commenting on the company’s relocation to Ednaston Park, Mark Jones, managing director at Wytech added:
“We worked closely with the team at Ednaston Park for several months to set up telephony services and provide IT advice and support for both the business centre and its tenants. We were so impressed by the working environment here that it made perfect sense to locate our business in this beautiful building. “The team here at Ednaston Park have been exceptional since the day we moved in and our staff are really enjoying working here.”
Wytech have seen significant expansion in their IT support client base in recent months and are currently recruiting additional sales and technical staff to work alongside their existing highly-skilled team.
