DTM Legal sponsors Liverpool Property Awards

DTM Legal, one of the fastest-growing law firms in the North West, is sponsoring the Liverpool Property Awards in June.

Property professionals across the Liverpool City Region are being encouraged to showcase their work over the past 12 months as the deadline approaches for submissions for this year’s dinner and awards ceremony.

Taking place at the Titanic Hotel, Liverpool on 6 June, the Liverpool City Region Property Dinner will crown winners in five categories: Residential Property Deal of the Year, Commercial Property Deal of the Year, Residential Development of the Year, Commercial Development of the Year, and Developer of the Year.

Denise Barrett-Baxendale will be the after-dinner speaker at the event. The chief executive of Everton FC is also expected to update guests on the development and the transformational impact the club’s proposed new stadium could have on the city region.

Insider editorial director Miri Thomas said: “A highlight in the calendar for the property and construction sector, the 2019 awards ceremony will recognise those who have delivered outstanding results and shine a light on the developers, developments and deals that have help to shape the Liverpool City Region.”
