Short term lettings specialist expands concept with new London space

Short term lettings firm City Relay has confirmed plans to increase its London presence with the opening of its second ‘Reception Space’ concept next month.

The company will officially open its Reception Space on Goldhawk Road in Shepherd’s Bush in June as part of plans to expand across the city.

The concept will offer guests and property owners access to face-to-face advice, ID checks, key handovers and tailored services, including housekeeping, maintenance and 24-hour guest support.

News of the second opening follows the firm securing ‘substantial’ investment funding for ongoing growth after launching its Earl’s Court Reception Space.

Founded in 2015, City Relay has plans to launch a space in Victoria in the pipeline, with a long-term ambition to open a further 25 Reception Spaces across London by 2026.

Maxime Leufroy-Murat, founder and chief executive of City Relay, said: “We are delighted to announce that our newest Reception Space will be opening in June, on the back of recent investment funding.

“City Relay was founded to provide for London’s homeowners who want a fully-managed service when short-letting their home; our expanding presence in the capital helps us to deliver a more tailored service.

“The London short-let market is young, but expanding at pace as Londoners continue to realise the financial benefits that can be gained from short letting their home.”
