London-based services specialist focuses on overseas expansion with new US office
International services and payments firm Equiniti has opened a new office in the US as part of its ongoing global growth.
The new Parklane Place office in Milwaukee, Wisconsin is expected to create 180 jobs and aims to provide further scale to the firm’s US division EQ.
Headquartered in London, Equiniti has offices across the UK as well as several ‘Centres of Excellence’ across the US.
Guy Wakeley, Chief Executive of Equiniti commented: “This exciting new US expansion strengthens our proposition in the world’s largest market.
“Building further scale and developing additional capabilities allows us to continually improve the market-leading customer experience we deliver. Our investment supports our strategy of being the transfer agent of choice in the US market.”
Todd May, chief executive officer of Equiniti’s US arm EQ, added: “The business has been performing well with strong retention of our blue-chip clients, and this new Centre of Excellence will further enhance the service we are able to offer to new and existing clients across the US, which remains our highest priority.”
