Altrincham’s landmark fully let

Following a comprehensive refurbishment programme 1-5 The Downs, Altrincham is fully let.

The two final suites attracted one new occupier and enabled the expansion of an existing tenant.

Strallen Consulting has taken a three year lease on Suite 4 comprising 500 sq ft on a three year lease and will be relocating from The Bloc, Ashley Road, Altrincham.

Anthony Little, director, Strallen Consulting, said: “Great office space in the thriving Altrincham area is almost impossible to find, but with this new Suite we have uncovered is a gem”.

Revive Management is expanding its occupational requirement for the second time within the building taking a further suite on a three year lease bringing its total occupancy to 1,596 sq ft over two floors.

Daniel Lee, director, Regional Property Solutions, responsible for the management and letting of the building on behalf of the landlord TELL Holdings, said:

“The completion of the external and internal refurbishment of this landmark building by TELL Holdings has proved to be very successful. Both of the most recently refurbished suites were snapped up from awaiting clients before the works were finished and the whole building is now fully let”.
