National engineering supplier joins Bradford’s newly completed Nano Park

UK engineering supplier The Hayley Group has taken the first unit at the new Nano Park development in Bradford.

The Hayley Group has taken 6,665 sq ft of industrial property space at the Nano Park concept, an extension of the existing Newhall Business Park, which is situated next to the M606 on land that was formerly part of a golf club.

David Williams-Berry of the Hayley Group commented: “We fell in love with these superb premises as soon as we saw them. They are in a fantastic, visible location in Bradford, close to Yorkshire’s excellent motorway network.

“They are built to the highest standards, with office and storage space, which is perfect for us. We already have depots in Yorkshire, but this will be a crucial new base for us. Ultimately we will have 10 new and sustainable jobs on site.”

Developed by Yorkshire property firm Frank Marshall Estates after it acquired the site in 2016, the Nano Park site is expected to create at least 60 jobs.

Edward Marshall of Frank Marshall Estates added: “Our new Nano Park is the final phase of Newhall Business Park and is something new and exciting for us. We are delighted to welcome the Hayley Group as our first occupier.”

“We believe that there is a real need for units of this size in Bradford. We are in the age of the entrepreneur with more and more small and start-up companies looking for self-contained space of their own. We are now providing flexible, affordable and attractive business premises to help companies of this type to grow and prosper.”
