Final building at London 'Riverside Quarter' regeneration launches
The final building at a ten year regeneration site in South West London has been launched by property firm Frasers Property UK.
Nine Eastfields is the last building to launch at the Riverside Quarter scheme in Wandsworth, situated at the point where the River Wandle meets the River Thames.
The 14 storey building is comprised of 79 private apartments, a residential lap pool and gymnasium and commercial space, and is scheduled for completion in 2020.
Ilaria del Beato, CEO at Frasers Property UK, commented: “The launch of Nine Eastfields marks the final phase of development at Riverside Quarter.
“Following a ten-year regeneration of the area and the production of a landmark Wandsworth scheme, Frasers Property UK are pleased to be launching the final 79 apartments and state-of-the-art resident amenities.”
The launch of the final building follows news that Frasers Property UK and MBNA Thames Clippers will be completing a new extension of Wandsworth Riverside Quarter Pier, in association with Wandsworth Council.
Ilaria added: “The extension of Wandsworth Riverside Quarter Pier will greatly benefit the existing and expanding community at Riverside Quarter.
“Frasers Property UK are thrilled to be part of the extension which will improve the access for MBNA Thames Clippers’ service for thousands of passengers and commuters.”
