Professional services group appoints Debbie O'Grady to commercial finance team
Leonard Curtis Business Solutions Group has further strengthened its UK operation with the appointment of Debbie O’Grady to its Reach Commercial Finance division.
Debbie has taken up a senior business development team role in the Manchester office covering the North West with a remit to meet the region’s ongoing demand for commercial finance expertise.
She will be helping to build on Reach’s impressive 500+ transactions and £250 million raised since August 2014 whilst further strengthening the Leonard Curtis service offering amongst the region’s accountancy network and SME owners and lenders. Reach specialises in asset finance, property and development funding, invoice discounting / factoring, term and vat loans.
Debbie brings with her some 15 years financial and business development experience, with four years in property finance, together with an extensive knowledge of invoice finance, a broad skill set in asset-based lending and a strong portfolio of relationships with key business partners and funders.
In her new role, Debbie is responsible for understanding client requirements and reviewing options to find the best solutions to their funding problems. She will also provide an advisory role to Reach’s existing client book, looking at current finance agreements to ensure that they are working in the best interests of the client and their business.
Debbie said: “I have always progressed organically in roles and worked from the bottom up so I have gained practical experience and skills on every level of asset-based lending. The best outcomes are always delivered when the client is at the heart of any decision-making.”
She added: “I am looking forward to using my skills to help build on Reach’s strong reputation and track record in the marketplace.”
Gary Cain, Director at Reach Commercial Finance, said: “We are delighted to welcome Debbie on board and we look forward to her playing a key role in our growth plans. She is hard-working and very experienced with a positive outlook which makes her a great fit for our business. We wish her every success.”
