Omnia Property Group welcomes a growing team

SHEFFIELD property management specialist Omnia Property Group is continuing its programme of expansion with nine new appointments.

The majority of the new posts are based at the Sheffield headquarters of the company that works across all areas of the property market including block and commercial property management, offices, student accommodation, residential lettings and facilities management.

In the new lineup are Lettings Administrator Henry Coley, Property Assistants Michael Massarella and Josh Chittenden, Property Manager Stacey Crump, Property and Inspection Assistant Mitch French, Property Management Assistant Lucy Broughton and Block Management Accountant Janice Grady.

Joining the company’s Birmingham division are Electrician and Building Maintenance Engineer Michael Coyne and Lettings Administrator Claire Chemin.

“We are delighted to be able to say that we are building a stronger team as we prepare for further growth in an extremely competitive market,” said Omnia Managing Director Joanne Race.

“We are extremely proud of our workforce and believe that these new additions can only strengthen our position.

“And at a time when our General manager Alex Wild is about to go on Maternity Leave with her first baby, it’s particularly encouraging for her to know that she is leaving things in such capable hands.

“The simple truth is that as the business continues to expand we need to have the best people in our team and these appointments, along with some internal promotions, should see us in the best position for growth.”

Omnia Property Group, based at Omnia One in Sheffield’s Queen Street, has been established in Sheffield in 2004..

With a base already established nationwide, the company - made up of Omnia Space, Omnia Offices and Omnia Estates - has now grown into a major player covering the whole of the UK, with a workforce of 60.

Its portfolio includes the management of 1,000,000 square feet of office space, 1500 residential properties and student beds across the UK and more than 1,800 block management units - more than £350,000,000 worth of property in total.
