Prominent Leeds city centre location reaches 100% occupancy
Advised by real estate advisor Colliers International, Epsilon Real Estate Partners has disposed of 1,324 sq ft on the second floor of 12 Greek Street in Leeds.
This latest five-year lease, at a confidential rent, brings the building to 100 per cent occupancy.
Acting alongside joint letting agent WSB Property Consultants, Colliers International let the office space to parkrun UK - the organisation responsible to coordinating weekly five-kilometre running events at over 1,400 locations in 23 countries.
12 Greek Street, Leeds.
Rodney Hunt, director of Epsilon Real Estate Partners, said: “We are very pleased to welcome parkrun UK to 12 Greek Street; they are an excellent addition to the diverse range of professional and media-focused tenants already occupying the building.
“Colliers and WSB have worked very well together as a team to let the final suites and we look forward to working with them again in the future.”
The company will join existing occupiers in the building, including Christie & Co, First Intuition, Troup Bywaters + Anders, ESCS Group and Net Company.
Oliver Stainsby, national offices at Colliers International, concluded: “This deal is highly significant; it brings the building to 100 per cent occupancy for the first time since its comprehensive refurbishment completed.
“A pro-active and effective marketing campaign was undertaken which, combined with the excellent quality of office accommodation and high-quality local amenity offering, has resulted in a flurry of lettings to a fantastic mix of occupiers.”
