Specialist lawyer joins Lupton Fawcett in York
Lupton Fawcett LLP has appointed Janice Carey who has more than 20 years’ experience in agriculture, ecclesiastical and landed estates specialist. Janice joins the York Office from Wrigleys in Leeds.
Janice specialises primarily in residential property work covering a wide range of matters including complex sales and purchases of personal trust, charity and ecclesiastical properties, dealing with easements, re-mortgages and complicated first registrations of title at the Land Registry. She has experience of agricultural business sales and purchases deals involving large farmhouses.
