Radfield Home Care Gear Up For Biggest Awards Show in Franchising

***With one month to go, Radfield Home Care is gearing up for the biggest awards night in franchising after being shortlisted for the Emerging Franchisor category. ***

The 2019 bfa HSBC Franchise Awards, held at the Vox, Birmingham, on June 27th, includes newcomer Radfield Homecare, which has have been shortlisted for the Emerging Franchisor of the Year accolade.

With only weeks to go until the franchising industry’s most prestigious event, Dr Hannah MacKechnie, franchisor for Radfield Home Care, is beyond excited to be able to attend as a finalist amongst tough competition.

She says, “Radfield’s shortlisting for Emerging Franchisor of the Year means a huge amount. We recognised very early on that the success of our franchise partners depended on the support we can offer them, which has meant we have heavily invested in a strong support team, industry-leading software and a unique, 20-day franchise training programme.

The Emerging Franchisor of the Year award acknowledges this, and highlights our focus on ethical, quality franchising. We cannot wait for the award ceremony!“

A flagship event in the franchising calendar for 22 years, the bfa awards strive to recognise the highest of standards amongst franchises. Earning a nomination is a huge achievement, proving that the business operates ethically, successfully and puts franchisees at the heart of the business.

Pip Wilkins, CEO of the British Franchising Association (bfa), congratulated Radfield Home Care:

“The UK population is ageing, and Radfield Home Care is providing an extremely important service. Although only in its franchise infancy supporting a network of franchisees, but Radfield are providing support and building relationships with the most vulnerable in their local communities.

Their place among the finalists for the Emerging Franchisor of the Year is fully deserved, and I look forward to meeting the Radfield team again at the awards ceremony on June 27.“

They will go face-to-face against two other franchise units in June from sectors in domiciliary care and installations.
