Yorkshire engineering firm grows workforce to support expansion
Engineering specialist Enco Ltd has announced plans to expand its workforce to support its growth both nationally and overseas.
The Elland-based firm is planning to grow its team further, having already made 13 new hires in the past nine months.
Founded in 2009 by Jamie Moody and Joanne Hart, the firm has secured clients such as ICS Cool Energy, Eurosite Power, Veolia and The Weir Group, manufacturing and installing large fabrications, skids, tanks and vessels in sites across the UK and internationally.
The launch earlier this year of a new 12,000 sq ft workshop has increased Enco Ltd’s engineering capacity and has enabled the firm to expand both in the UK and internationally.
Enco Ltd director and co-founder Jamie Moody commented: “Although we are at an exciting stage of development and expansion, we have never lost sight of our core family values.
“We are determined to create a positive environment for all our employees. I am from the local area, and feel privileged to be able to offer employment locally to people from the area.
He added: “There are big plans being drawn up for Elland which we are very excited about and hope to be able to support within our own growth plans.”
