North Tyneside-based Health and Safety software firm, Notify, launches entry-level Incident Management platform
As part of their #SafetyRevolution, Notify, the Wallsend-based Health and Safety software firm and creators of the world’s first free-forever incident reporting app, have announced they are launching a new entry-level Incident Management platform, Notify IM.
Designed to help even the smallest organisation drive immediate safety improvements through smart technology, Notify IM boasts simple incident reporting, dynamic action tracking and an intuitive dashboard. The platform aims to help organisations gather and analyse data generated through incident reports, to quickly improve Health and Safety targets across the organisation.
The new platform will allow users to create customised alerts and use Notify’s dynamic action tracking to ensure that the ‘free-learning events’ generated through reviewing incidents on the app are captured and turned into actionable tasks. In addition, Notify’s intuitive dashboards will help business owners and managers keep an eye on trends and give insights into the most important safety issues across the organisation.
Clients can customise the platform to reflect most organisational structures so that alerts and reporting are relevant, focused and actionable by the right individuals. The system also offers unlimited Reporting Users, allowing anybody in an organisation to report an incident via mobile device or website in under 90 seconds, from anywhere in the world, 24/7.
Duncan Davies, CEO at Notify said: “We’re delighted to be able to bring our user-friendly reporting app and smart management platform to even more organisations around the world. This will accelerate our #SafetyRevolution, which is intended to help cut the number of workplace deaths and accidents.
We are now helping businesses in over 65 countries and have taken insights and feedback from our clients to look at how we can do things more quickly and simply for those organisations that are starting out on building a strong safety culture.
Notify IM is the result of that feedback and research and I’m really proud of the development team at Notify who have contributed to the build.“
The launch of Notify IM is another key milestone for the business, after raising £1/2m with Mercia Technologies in late 2018 and appointing ex-Sage boss Jayne Archbold as Chair in April 2019.
