Leeds service group bags multi-million-pound contract with Hermes
Leeds-based NIC Services Group has been awarded a new multi-million-pound contract with Hermes.
This contract will see NIC delivering cleaning and associated services across the entire Hermes estate.
Hermes is an independent courier network and works with some of the UK’s largest online retailers including Next Directory, QVC, JD Williams and Debenhams.
Paul Castle, sales director for NIC, said: “We are absolutely delighted with this award and are really looking forward to developing this new partnership with Hermes.
“Our innovative approach and extensive knowledge of the market sector will ensure we deliver the very highest standards. We look forward to welcoming our new customer into the NIC family.”
Wayne Young, facilities manager at Hermes, concluded: “We’re proud to be working with fellow Leeds-based company NIC to deliver high standards of cleaning across our estate.

“We deliver more than 335 million parcels each year to customers across the UK and NIC’s support enables us to continually improve our standards.”
