Leeds' Panintelligence wins contract to supply software for local platform
Leeds-based data visualisation software firm Panintelligence has won a contract to supply its software to a new digital platform.
White Label Loyalty, also based in Leeds, is the brainchild of Top Screen Media founder and former professional footballer Achille Traore.
The platform enables its retail and hospitality clients to make data-driven decisions that reward customers and increase business.
Achille said: “We’re doing something new with White Label Loyalty. The one-size-fits-all approach of traditional loyalty schemes simply doesn’t work and 75 per cent of loyalty programmes fail.
“We have created a modular platform that we custom-build in around four weeks for any size of client, choosing the most relevant data, and making decisions based on that. We have effectively democratised the whole process, making it accessible to all.”
White Label Loyalty was established in 2015 and currently employs 12 people, with plans to scale up, creating six new jobs in 2019.
The firm’s initial client base includes Fedex, the Marco Pierre White chain of restaurants, and Yorkshire tapas bar group La Casita.
Panintelligence’s CEO Zandra Moore, added: “It’s fantastic to be working with another pioneering and innovative Leeds tech company that is doing really exciting work.
“Our dashboard and analytics products are all about making organisations’ own data accessible so that it can be used to drive growth and White Label Loyalty is a perfect fit with our ideals.”
Founded in 2014, Panintelligence has a background in the credit and financial services sector. Its products lie in data security and compliance.
