Karen James, head of residential conveyancing at Ramsdens, added: “We are very excited to be welcoming Diana to the team.

Jonathan said: “I’m delighted to have joined PM Legal as they are known industry leaders and I’m very excited to be able to further my knowledge in residential property as a part of this team.”

Alongside this, Asia Munir has been promoted to associate in recognition of the development of her specialism in residential property at PM Legal Services.

Asia added: “I’m absolutely thrilled to have been promoted after just a year – it definitely feels like all my hard work has been worth it.”

Amy Clowrey, Catrin Lloyd and Shabana Aslam, Switalskis

Yorkshire soliciting firm Switalskis has promoted Amy Clowrey, Catrin Lloyd and Shabana Aslam to associates.

This follows the successful completion of the Switalskis Associate Development Programme, which launched in 2018 and was designed to give all staff an opportunity to develop their skills in areas including leadership, financial management, client relationship management and communication.

Switalskis’ managing director, John Durkan, said: “As a growing law firm with an eye firmly on the future delivery of legal services, we have put developing and nurturing talent high on our boardroom agenda.

“We are focused on providing the best possible service to our clients, which means we need the best lawyers and staff working in our team.

“We have welcomed a number of new people and teams to the business over the last 12 months, and we have focused on making sure those people are integrated into the team whilst also ensuring that everyone at the firm has access to development opportunities.”

Steve Ryan and Lewis Ryan, Bee Health

After more than 25 years, Steve Ryan is standing down as managing director of vitamin and supplement manufacturer Bee Health to take up the new role of production director.

Lewis Ryan, the current commercial director, has been promoted to managing director with the responsibility for the day-to-day operational management of the Bridlington-based company. He will be formally joining the board of directors.

Jan Fletcher OBE, chairman of Bee Health, said: “Steve originally established Bee Health in 1992, helping it grow it from a small business specialising in bee-derived ingredients, to now becoming one of the leading manufacturers of vitamins and supplements in Europe.

“He will relinquish hands-on control of the business to focus on production strategy and supporting and mentoring the new leadership team.

“The company has achieved remarkable growth over recent years and these changes lay the foundations to consolidate on this success and to take the business on to the next stage of its development.”
