Marketing Expert Turns Freelance
Midlands businesses are set to benefit from honest and practical strategic direction.
Following a successful 16 year marketing career, Lauren Taylor has realised her ambition of becoming a freelance marketing consultant and is looking forward to working with ambitious businesses.
Based in Endon, Lauren previously held the position of Head of Marketing at the award winning travel agency Blue Bay Travel. During her time with the company Lauren built a talented marketing team from scratch, that she has since lead through a period of rapid growth following significant investment from private equity firm LDC. The Trentham based agency have risen to social greatness with over 260,000 Facebook Likes, helping drive new business through online channels by increasing website sessions by 64% under Lauren’s guidance.
A family loss in 2016, coupled with a desire for flexibility, personal growth and greater wellbeing has driven Lauren’s decision to turn Freelance. Having now siezed the opportunity to spend more time with her husband and their dog, alongside doing what she loves, Lauren has not looked back.
With a strong community focus and honest, objective approach, Lauren works with businesses to help build successful multi-channel marketing strategies that align positively with their business goals.
“I possess an innate skill for the strategic side of marketing and I’m excited to get stuck into new projects. What really drives me is the concept of working with my business neighbours and helping them achieve their ambitions.” said Lauren.
