Aftersales Team Achieve VW Accreditation

Crewe Volkswagen is celebrating Volkswagen Brand Accreditations for four members of its Aftersales team, after they all passed with flying colours.

Delighted Aftersales Manager, James Keir commented, “It’s great to see out team doing well and progressing in their chosen careers; these brand accreditations represent an awful lot of hard work, in their own time, for each one of them”.

“It’s one thing doing your job, but quite another taking exams; so, we all feel this is a real achievement for the aftersales team and great for Crewe Volkswagen as a whole; our team is not only friendly and helpful, but knowledgeable and accredited in everything they do, so, we can ensure our customers receive really top-notch service”.

The dealership, on Third Avenue in Crewe, is part of family-owned and run Swansway Motor Group and director, John Smyth commented, “At Swansway we’re always proud of team members who achieve accreditation, it takes hard work and determination and isn’t just beneficial for the person who’s awarded the accreditation, but great for the whole team and for the group. Well done to everyone for working so hard to achieve these accreditations”.

Andrew Lewis, Liam McHugh and Darren Forster have all qualified as accredited Service Technicians and Ashley Chester is now a fully VW accredited Service Advisor.
