All-women's network featuring Cath Kidston and The Sunday Times receives £13m funding
AllBright has revealed a £13m funding round led by Cain International.
This takes the company - comprised of members clubs, digital networks and special event programming - and its capital raise to over £25m.
Cain International has led the round as AllBright is said to be capitalising on the success of the opening of its two UK women’s members clubs. Los Angeles, New York City and Washington DC sites are opening in the next few months.
The investment follows the launch of the company’s digital app, AllBright Connect, as well as the AllBright magazine.
Debbie Wosskow OBE, co-founder of AllBright, said: “We are hugely excited about the global expansion of AllBright, to the US and beyond. Since launching AllBright, we have grown rapidly into a destination brand for women from all sectors.
“AllBright has galvanised a strong and dynamic community of like-minded women and we are excited about growing this community globally as we continue to develop the business.”
Alongside Cain International, other angel investors include Allan Leighton - AllBright’s non-executive chairman and former CEO of ASDA - and Gail Mandel - former president and CEO of Wyndham Destination Network.
Jonathan Goldstein, CEO of Cain International, added: “We believe in AllBright. Since Cain International’s initial investment in 2017, we have supported the execution of the business’s long-term growth strategy and watched with pride as it has created a supportive space for working women to achieve their goals and given them with the tools to do so.
“Our US footprint positions us perfectly to help Anna and Debbie realise their vision of growing AllBright and its digital network on a global scale. We’re incredibly excited to continue our journey with them.”
