HR tech firm set for global growth following £2m investment
A London-based HR SaaS platform has secured £2m funding in an investment round to bolster its ongoing international expansion.
HR platform Adepto has secured the investment in a round led by Conviction Investment Partners (CIP) with participation from Triple Point.
With offices in the UK, Australia and the US, Adepto specialises in tech solutions that enable businesses to recruit talent, specifically using its self-developed Total Talent software.
Adepto CEO Chris Milligan commented: “This investment comes from continued success and growth for Adepto. To date we have had 100 per cent customer retention, and over the last three years have seen 150 per cent year-on-year revenue growth.
“With CIP, Triple Point and other investors’ backing, Adepto is driving the creation of the Total Talent software category and continuing to support global customers on their journey to Total Talent.”
The funding brings the firm’s total funding to £4.7m, and will be used to expand global operations and roll out new commercial models.
Commenting on the investment, CIP’s founder and tech investor Andrew Jenkins said: “Conviction Investment Partners was appointed to lead Adepto’s latest round and we were pleased to be able to offer the co-investment opportunity to our syndicate.”
Seb Wallace, investor at Triple Point added: “Triple Point focuses on backing the best B2B, scalable businesses.
“Adepto is exactly that – top of class growth over the last year, a sterling management team and a product which is truly ahead of the curve in the HR industry. Alongside CIP, we’re very much looking forward to helping the Adepto team grow further.”
