Training provider praised by Ofsted for meeting the needs of businesses across the region
The Learning Foundry has been praised for delivering a bespoke curriculum that meets the priorities of both Liverpool and the wider North West region, as well as meeting the needs of apprentices, trainees and employers.
Ofsted inspectors rated the Liverpool based training provider as Good in its report and were particularly impressed with how The Learning Foundry added value to employer’s businesses.
Staff at The Learning Foundry work closely with employers and partners to produce well-designed bespoke courses. Inspectors noted that The Learning Foundry’s development of a CIH accredited Housing qualification had helped to meet the skills needs of the city region’s housing associations.
The quality of the courses were also praised in the report. Inspectors were impressed by how quickly learners developed an extensive knowledge of new skills and behaviours which benefit the employer’s business. Staff at The Learning Foundry support learners with a range of work-related skills, including interview skills and CV writing.
Governors and leaders at The Learning Foundry were singled out for having a clear vision to deliver engaging and inspiring training, which improves the lives of their apprentices and makes talent shine.

The Learning Foundry offers a wide range of qualifications, developed in partnership with employers and partners and delivered by industry expert assessors.
In August this year, The Learning Foundry will move to a state-of-the-art, city centre location, perfectly placed to offer learners an exceptional learning experience close to everything Liverpool has to offer.
